Wheels BMW Z4 Series

Here are the cars loaded with features that even great innovators like Henry Ford and Karl Benz could not have imagined! When you choose to buy either of them, you get to possess a super luxury and sports car rolled into one - that is what the BMW M Coupe and the Z4 Coupe 3.0si promises to its much pampered customers. Designed so stylishly that you are hooked the moment you set your eyes on these hot models. Step behind the wheel and fall in love, once and forever.

Z4 Coupe 3.0si
Z4 Coupe 3.0si develops 265hp at 6,600rpm and 315Nm of torque at 2,750rpm. What these impressive statistics mean is that the car gets powered from zero to 62 MPH in 5.7 seconds flat and, if left unchecked continues to a maximum electronically limited top speed of 155 MPH. However, these levels of performance aren't at the expense of economy, with the 3.0si delivering 32.8 MPG over the combined cycle. Incorporated in the car's design is a range of practical benefits, including the feature of run-flat tires coming as standard equipment. The Z4 Coupe 3.0si is also the latest BMW to include the most advance version of BMW's Dynamic Stability Control. Emergency braking capability is enhanced by a feature called Brake Drying, which works to keep the brakes dry in wet conditions, and Brake Standby, which immediately positions the brake pads nearer the discs whenever the driver lifts off the accelerator pedal quickly. The emergency braking feature is further enhanced by automatic Brake Fade Compensation, which helps to maximize brake pressure and the stopping ability whenever brakes get hot. There is also a novel feature called the Start-Off Assistant, which holds the brakes briefly on a hill after the brake pedal is released in order to prevent the car from rolling back. An added improvement is the provision that ensures that while driving in D, if the driver manually downshifts via paddle or shift lever, the Manual mode gets engaged. But if the driver makes no further manual shifts within 15 seconds, the transmission returns to automatic operation.

The interior of the Z4 Coupe 3.0si is naturally as plush as it can get in any luxury car. Moreover, the availability of a wide range of M Sport Seats, Extended Leather Upholstery and choice wood trim, ensures that there is enough room for the interior to be tailored to individual tastes. The impressive array of standard equipment includes automatic climate control, on-board computer, and a Sound System that is THX certified and state of the art. All this for a price of only $40,795, which includes full scheduled maintenance for four years or 50,000 miles, as well as destination and handling charges.

M Coupe

The M Coupe gets the 3.2-liter M Power-plant that enables it to go zero to- 60 in the 5-second range - that's 0.4 second faster than the Porsche Cayman. The normally aspirated engine featuring dual overhead cams, double-VANOS variable valve timing, and six individual throttle plates, generates more than 100 hp per liter. The vehicle's suspension comes equipped with a speed-sensitive variable M differential lock that provides outstanding stability and traction, particularly when accelerating out of bends. To maximize its braking capabilities, the new M Coupe uses BMW's floating compound high performance braking system originally conceived for the M3 CSL and included in the M3 Competition Package as well as the Z4 M Roadster.

Viewed sideways there is a particularly vibrant thrill to this two door vehicle, with its low and dynamic roof line sweeping down to the rear, as well as the curvature of the rear side windows. The M Coupe distinguishes itself from the Z4 Coupe 3.0si starting with its front air dam, consisting of an X-shaped combination of lines and openings, plus the large air intake scoops. The rear of the M Coupe incorporates a horizontal diffuser and the four round tailpipes, which have over the years become a hallmark of BMW M design.

The vehicle's interior comes highly embellished with the distinctive M touches. As on other BMW M products, the white-on-black instrument include red indicator needle accentuated by white illumination. Also included is the engine speed band in the tachometer. The yello pre-warning field and red warning field show the safe operating rang of engine speed as a function of oil temperature. If anything, this is the car that is fit for the new generation James Bond to ride. The MSRP of
$49,995 includes full scheduled maintenance for four years or 50,000 miles, as well as destination and handling charges.
