If you are prepared to spend more, then you can go in for sound proofing the room, so you are not disturbed by any outside noise. You must also make sure that the room can be darkened with the help of blinds, etc. Once you have everything in order, you can kiss goodbye to the hassle of driving, parking, and waiting in queue for the sake of watching movies at overcrowded theatres.
