Ashlesha Yesugade

Supremely talented and incredibly beautiful, Ashlesha faces no complexity in balancing her college life with a hotshot modeling and acting career. Life is proving to be a great roller coaster ride, and this pretty girl is enjoying every moment of it. Once her college lectures are over, she drops her books, and transmogrifies herself into a stunning model destined for a pedestal, where men may ogle her forever. She is barely 18, yet she has already starred in famous commercials and her photographs have been splashed across the pages of the best magazines.

� When and why did you get inspired to become a model?

I yearn to be famous. I have a feeling that I am destined to be a top model someday. My confidence, hard work and faith in myself keeps me going. My first foray into modeling happened right after my SSC exams. A friend, Vishal Desai, suggested that I should seek entry into a workshop offered by Pune Models agency. I did that and I managed to learn some very basic facts about modeling. With my unique looks I've been getting more and more assignments. But life as a model is not exactly a piece of cake; it is tough when you are new and young in this industry.  


� Any desire to move from modeling to acting?

As of now, I plan to concentrate on my modeling career. But, Bollywood has always been on the back of my mind. I am still waiting for the offer from a director who will give me my dream debut in a Bollywood film.

� If you were offered a Bollywood role would you want to be the good girl or the bad girl in the film

What's a good girl or bad girl anymore? (Smiling)

� How do you feel about the Abishek, Aishwarya marriage?

Abhishek and Aish are a fabulous couple, but I think people and the media are making a big issue out of it. Let them live their lives and have fun. Why talk about it so much?

� On your website there are great comments from many of your fans from around the world. Have you met one of your fans in person or is it a lot of e-love?

Yeah I do get a sizable number of comments on my site, which makes me feel really special and happy. I have not met anyone yet, but I do send a personal reply to the messages from all my fans.


� What kind of crowd do you prefer to hang out with?

No time to hang out, but when I do have free time I love to go shopping, and have coffee or dinner with my friends.

� Are you single right now or are you dating someone?
I have no time for dating. Work keeps me busy.

� You have undergone navel and eyebrows piercing? Was this to enhance your beauty or just because?

Yup, I do have my eyebrow and navel pierced. I pierced my eyebrow when I was 16. I love body piercing and tattoos and I actually wanted to get a tattoo done. But my mom and dad would not allow that. So I had to compromise by going in for piercing.

� Favorite clothing item or favorite designer?

I love to wear whatever makes me feel comfortable but I also buy what's new and hot at the moment.

� Your favorite color?
    
White because it symbolizes peace.

� Your favorite food?
    
The kind that does not make me put on any weight.

� Who is your favorite actor and actress?

Salman and Hrithik. Favorite actress is Aishwarya. Salman has a fantastic body even at this age and Hrithik is a stud! I love his eyes.

� What is your favorite movie?

Too many to pick just one.

� Do you consider yourself a private person or an outgoing type?

I'm completely outgoing.

� Name 3 things you can't live without?

My phone, money and work. I'm a workaholic!

� Name one person in Bollywood you would like to share an explicit scene with?

John Abraham. Bipasha is a very lucky woman.
